We thought that it would be funny to try and get a picture while in line at the bank!

Clearly cooking is serious business. The sugar broke this cup.
1 1/2 c. of sugar
3/4 c. softened butter
I have family that makes this Vanilla flavoring! And it is so good!
Add 3 eggs
1 1/2 t. vanilla
Then mix on medium speed for 2 minutes!
In a separate bowl mix:
3 c. flour
1 1/2 t. baking soda
1 1/2 t. baking powder
3/4 t. salt
The mixer spatula is amazing! LOVE IT!
Be sure to scrape the side of the bowl while mixing
Alternate mixing flour into the bowl... 
...with 1 1/2 c. sour cream.
Then alternate pouring 1/3 of mixture into a bundt cake pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Then pour 1/3 mixture of 1/2 c packed brown sugar and 1 1/2 t. ground cinnamon. 
Bake at 325 for 1 1/2 hours!Then drizzle 1/2 c.powdered sugar, 1/4 t. vanilla, and 1 or 2 t. milk mixture!
Now normally you wouldn't present it on a a paper plate but I was getting ready to hand it off to a friend and I didn't want to maul it! Trust me this tastes AMAZING!!!
Hey Sara! I just put your coffee cake recipe in the oven to bring to College Group tomorrow! This recipe looked so yummy I had to try it. Thanks for sharing! I'll let you know how it turns out. :)
