Our first morning we woke up to find Ticiana and Daivia looking out over the beach! This was their favorite spot! They love to people watch!
Daivia following Daddy on the beach!
I hope that you can tell by the pictures but the weather was wonderful! Blue skies, sunny and no rain (until our last day.)!
Tici was having a grand time!
Baby J's first time at the beach!
She really didn't see much of the beach cause she was covered up!
They were so much fun to watch! Daivia was unsure about the whole "water moving towards her" thing but Tici loved the water!
Tici would run towards the water then as the water came in she would run away from the water screaming! She is explaining to me that the water was chasing her!
Our hotel! Awwwwwesome!
Daivia did love digging in the sand while Tici played in the Ocean!
Grandma these pictures are for you because we are eating at Norma's like you suggested!
Daivia is showing us how hungry she is!
The only one you can't see here is Baby J who is strapped to my mom.
We are preparing to feed the seals!
This seal was a total show off! But we rewarded him richly for clapping and then splashing the water when we thought that maybe some of the other seals would like to eat!
I am beginning to think that he manipulated us...hmmm....
The girls checking out starfish.
I was encouraging them to touch it and explaining how it was perfectly safe and that they wouldn't get hurt.
I realized how ironic this came across considering I refused to touch them over the whole "ICK" factor.
Dai crossing the street with Mimi and Papa!
So this has been the first time that I have not been pregnant and have had the chance to ride the Carousel. I realized rather quickly my motion sickness extends to Carousel. Bummer.
Trying out the old school balloon machine!
Success! one Orange and one Purple balloon!
Back to the beach!
My honey and me!
Ticiana has taught Daivia that when someone asks her what her name is she says, "Ticiaaannnna". I have been trying to help Daivia unlearn this and explain that Daivia is her name not Ticiaaannna but she is unmoved. That Tici is one smart cookie. I gotta watch out because I am sure Baby J is next. Tici has already told me she will help me teach her how to crawl, walk and eat. Naturally the unspoken is what I have to be concerned about.
Seriously, they are so cute even on the beach!
I love this picture for so many reasons.
Sad as this may seem this is our first family picture with all 5 of us!
It's ok baby J is only 4 months old! eeek!
The girls at the arcade!
Let me tell you a story. We thought that Tici would like to do the Dance Dance Revolution game. However, it took so long that she decided to check out other games with Mimi and Papa. So I thought, "How hard could this be. I'll just do it!"
Apparently, it is REALLY hard because I was doing so bad that I got a "Boo" from the game and my own husband walked away because I was "embarrassing" him.
I highly doubt that any dancing competition of any kind is in my future.
This was our last picture at the beach on vacation! I had to show them how much fun it is to cover our feet in the sand!
Until we meet again sweet beach...
I love this!!
