BEEF...it's what's for dinner!

It was a little windy for us to get outside and work.
So we decided to head to the auction!

Daivia already had toe jam. So, obviously, she had to take care of it on the way!

Ready to check out the live stock!

I was a little disappointed to find out I wouldn't be "allowed" to hold the number. That is only due to the fact that I never know when my hand is going to shoot up at one of these things. Not to mention who can follow what an auctioneer says anyway:
"One batta batta; Two dolla dolla; swing batta batta; raise your hand sara sara.
SOLD! To the girl in the back with the shocked look on her face;
sitting next to the guy trying to wrestle the number out of her raised hand."

Here we sit with our authentic cowgirl boots!
Ok... so maybe I bought mine at Macy's but still they are authentically cool.
Even though the cowboys looked at me kind of odd when I expressed concern about getting dirt on them.

Don't worry baby J was there too. She was just strapped on me.

The auctioneer.

Dai would see a cow, then yell, "COW!!!"
This would actually happen EVERY time that she saw a cow.
When she would see more than one cow she would yell, "TWO COWS!!"
Even if there were 3 or 4. Luckily, the cowboys around us found it humorous!

Daivia thought she would help me take some pictures; which is why her boot is in it!

She is such a cute cowgirl!

It was fun and exhausting!

At least I know what's for dinner...

HAY!!! Now we ROLL!!!

We had some friends spend the night and hang this week!
Our new friend Katie and my sweet besty Lindsay!
Sooo much fun!
I had to apologize for keeping them up so late, but I was STARVED for ADULT conversation!!

Side story: While Linds was showering the door was, of course, shut. This concerned Tici because Linds was taking an exorbenant amount of time (in the mind of a 3 year old). So she knocked on the bathroom door and asked, "Is everything okay in there?"
I am pretty sure that Tici has heard that before...somewhere...maybe...possibly...

The girls watched them pack up to leave...they were slightly sad to see them go.

They had their first sleepover this week. It went ooookay...kinda.

You can tell that Daivia had to watch Tici. Because seriously Tici LOVES to stay up late and play or talk and Daivia LOVES to sleep and sleep some more.

So... as the story goes I would put them to "bed" and Dai would want to sleep but Tici would choose to play or talk or try to lay on top of her which would result in Dai having a screaming attack which would bring me back into the room to re-put them back to bed. It was all quite a process. When I asked Dai if she wanted to sleep in her own room she would...while tears are still streaming down her face...say "Nooo".

She loves her sister so much that even though she is exhausted she wants to sleep with her Sissy!

Hay!! I mean Hey! The hay is here!!!
And Kiona is our "Piggy" horse. He is always first to the hey... I mean hay.

The moment is here!
Baby J is ready to put her skills to work and SHOW OFF!!!

WooHOO!!!! She did it!!
Your mommy is so proud, Baby J!!

I love it when Tici dresses herself!
She is out of control with style!

I can't believe that the weekend isn't even here yet!
So stay posted!

Tici Pie: This is taking way too long...
Baby J: I can keep my head up longer than I did last time I know I can...
Daiver's: I know how to make this more fun...funny faces with abnormally loud noises!

 They love their Baby J!

They thought a cheese and water snack picnic would be a good idea!

Daiver's helped me make Cabbage soup and seriously don't knock it till you tried it cuz it is AMAZING!

Time to make the eggs and eat Easter cookies!!!

The girls have eggs in the soaker. Tici always wants pink everything and
Dai always wants purple!

Baby J didn't soak eggs but she had a plastic one to participate!

TADA!!!!! They are done!!!

Their Easter outfits were ADORABLE!!!

Daivia didn't know if she wanted to be apart of the pictures...

...and that is a negative she is not wanting to do Easter pictures today.

commencing... MELT DOWN...

So she sat on my lap and watched as Tici Pie danced!
It is really just that soothing to watch her spin!

And this was the week before Easter!
This week Tici and Dai keep asking if we are going to DO Easter today!!
